We want everyone to be able to experience making their own custom rug & to be able to come back time after time. We have always prided ourselves with being accessible to the community. We have put so many hours market researching to bring you the best prices.
Tufting Options:
Custom mini rugs - $100
(can make 4-8 mini rugs.

How it Works
Interested in learning how to make your own rug? Send us a DM or email to secure your date. Once you book a class, you’ll receive an email with tips on selecting your design. Once you have selected your design you will then email us back with your desired image.
When we arrive to your event location, we will have your image set up on your frame, we’ll start with an instructional tufting demonstration, and you’ll have about 2 ½ hours to tuft.
In the last 60 minutes, we will show you basic techniques to trim and shave your rug. We will also complete the gluing/backing of your custom rug during class.
You will be able to take home and enjoy your custom rug the SAME DAY!
About the custom 24"x24" tufted rug class
Designed for beginners, in this 4 hour custom rug tufting class, you will receive detailed guidance on operating a tufting gun and tufting techniques to create your own rug on a 30″x30″ frame.
We provide the tufting gun, monks cloth, a selection of yarn colors, tufting frames, fabric glue, and backing. If you’ve chosen a design that uses specific colors, or a lot of a single color, you’re always welcome to bring your own yarn to ensure you achieve your desired outcome.
About the custom
mini rugs class
Designed for beginners, in this 4 hour custom mini rug tufting class, you will receive detailed guidance on operating a tufting gun and tufting techniques to create your own mini rugs - between 4 - 8 images - on a 30″x30″ frame.
We provide the tufting gun, monks cloth, a selection of yarn colors, tufting frames, fabric glue, and backing. If you’ve chosen a design that uses specific colors, or a lot of a single color, you’re always welcome to bring your own yarn to ensure you achieve your desired outcome.
Reminder that all reservations are binding, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation, as the class will start promptly to maximize tufting time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you’ll forfeit your spot in the class.
Children under 16 are ARE permitted. Children 16 years old or younger must have a parent or guardian help/watch over their child. Parent or guardian WILL NOT be tufting as well as the child. Parent or guardian will be working alongside child to help child make their rug.
- Each tufting frame is for 1 person only. 2 people will not be able to share a frame due to safety reasons. (unless its a children's birthday party)
- Tufting Parties require a minimum of 5 people.
- Please make sure you have adequate space made available for Dale Tamale to set up tables and materials.
